El servicio de los trabajadores es excelente

Nice hotel but some details should be corrected which make the price too expensive. Room giving on a noisy street and too dark. Some materials stored in front of the house, not at the standard of a Luxe hotel. Chairs around swimming pool are too old. Quality for money could be improved.

Great location in a beautiful historic building.

We had a very pleasant home away from home with you in Cartagena. Very relaxing atmosphere and attentive staff, lovely breakfast. A special mention goes to the bed, which was extremely comfortable. Kind regards, Michiel & Julia

Vert Nice stay at hotel Bantu in Cartagena

Great Hotel, excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and nice. One area of improvement is the quality of the towels, but besides that our experience at the hotel was wonderful.

A gem of a hotel. Friendly, very helpful staff; excellent breakfasts and unique character. Loved the communal areas and the roof top pool. To help improve: the humidity and old brickwork in our room caused a lot of dust every day that was sometimes overlooked by the cleaners.
